Approach
Therapy is about opening our eyes to our emotional needs and the patterns we've developed to get those needs met. We examine what is and isn't working, with compassion and understanding that all feelings and behaviors serve a purpose. We use an eclectic therapy model that incorporates psychodynamic, Internal Family Systems, humanist, and mindfulness/DBT modalities to build insights into the root causes of our suffering and unhappiness. Our style is a combination of exploring inner depths to effect meaningful change while also acknowledging the practical need for symptom management and getting by in our day-to-day lives.
